- Which package covers which stretch of time, and how sixty days is counted
- Where a particular product fact on these pages came from
Things it cannot
- Payments, invoices and order numbers
- Dispatch, tracking and damaged deliveries
- Refunds under the guarantee
All of those sit with the seller, whose support team is linked from the checkout and is the only party able to see an order. Routing a query through us makes it slower, not faster. Keep the confirmation email — the order number in it is what they ask for first.
Corrections
A message pointing at a mistake is the most valuable thing this inbox gets. Name the page and the detail. It is checked against the label or the checkout the same day, then corrected or explained back to you.
How long a reply takes
No ticket number will arrive, because nothing here issues one. Messages are read in the order they land, generally in the evening. A question about a figure on a page comes back quickly; one that needs checking against the seller may take an extra day.
Language
English, written by a person rather than run through a translation engine. A message in another language is still read, but the answer comes back in English.
Two things we decline
We will not advise whether a supplement suits you, because we have no basis for an opinion. We will not chase the seller on your behalf either: a customer holding an order number gets a faster answer than a third party passing one along.
